Qualifications

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work in partnership with the Area Sales Manager to achieve sales goals and business objectives;
  • Provide consistent support to manage customer expectations and foster the customer relationship through the purchase experience and building process;
  • Organize and complete all necessary paperwork and ensure the accuracy and maintenance of customer files;
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism and quality within sales centre and the presentation of signage and marketing materials;
  • Respond quickly to customer concerns and the coordination of information or solutions to apparent challenges;
  • Acquire customer registrations and manage lead records within a database.

Qualities & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant sales experience (preferably in new home sales) with a strong desire for a career in new home sales;

  • An interest to complete work with precision and excellence;

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Financial Business Development Analyst

This is a full time, permanent position

Qualifications

Position Overview

The Financial Business Development Analyst will have a genuine interest in business and identifying investment opportunities. The successful candidate will have an analytical mindset with excellent communication and documentation skills. S/he provides extensive analysis and business modeling support on strategic initiatives in order to support share - and stakeholders when making business/investment decisions. The individual will be expected to vet and test acquisition/investment opportunities in the joint venture and private placement segment of the market.

The Financial Business Development Analyst will be responsible for developing, interpreting and implementing complex financial models and undertake research or consult with other professionals to bring forward recommendations on deal risk and return on capital opportunity. S/he will evaluate financial reports, such as income statements, cash flow statements and balance sheets and determine how Trico's finances will impact new and current business operations. S/he may also facilitate decision-making by Executives and Board of Directors by presenting data analysis and interpretation in a clear, compelling way.

S/he will be responsible for the direction of Trico's Business Development and the monitoring and expansion of a productive and profitable investment portfolio. Preference will be given to individuals who have a track record of structuring transactions in the joint venture, private placement market. The successful applicant will have a consultative approach and a developed network of relationships with external parties in this space.

Qualifications and Experience:

University Degree with a focus on Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or other related fields (Preference will be given to candidates who have completed their CFA designation)

  • Strong Excel and Finance Modeling Skills
  • Ability to effectively analyze and evaluate information to make decisions, solve problems and achieve goals
  • Ability to process information including gathering, assessing, coding, organizing, auditing and verifying data
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience strongly desired in Financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
  • Solid knowledge of accounting functions

Position Overview

As a production coordinator you will be responsible for handling and disbursement of various documents required by municipalities and internal departments such as drafting, estimating, and construction. As the main point of contact for support; you will be responsible for timing, validity, and accuracy of all documents leaving internal operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and Development Permit applications
  • Alberta New Home Warranty applications
  • Completion of construction release packages to trades and site staff including management of all web portal documents
  • Communication and coordination of engineering documents to site staff and municipal authority
  • Applications for site ID's required for site energy servicing
  • Mitigating issues from energy providers including communication with site staff.

Position Overview:

The Designer will work under the supervision of the Marketing Manager to conceptualize, design and produce graphic and visual materials (digital and/or printed) to effectively communicate concepts and information for publications, advertising, films, packaging, posters, signs, websites and interactive medias. This individual will use extensive knowledge of specialized design concepts, media, and software tools to develop comprehensive layouts and the production of marketing collateral.

Responsibilities

  • Design and create both online and printed marketing materials for displays, advertising, websites, and other channels.
  • Create and produce JPEGs, PDFs, video, clip art, graphs, charts, infographics, thumbnail images, and other design elements.
  • Conceptualize and design flyers, advertisements, brochures, logos, signage, displays and other pieces as required.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop concepts & present ideas, rough layouts, sketches and/or digital illustrations.
  • Integrate multimedia concepts with technical graphic design elements, as appropriate.
  • Create and ensure brand guidelines are consistent in all marketing materials.
