We are currently hiring talented and motivated Sales Associates and will be granting the opportunity to the strongest candidate we interview. This position is a launching point to a rewarding career in new home sales and will be accompanied by a personal development plan to become an Area Sales Manager in Calgary or Area. This is a rewarding position earning commissions of over $150,000.00 annually (based on historic compensation).

Qualifications

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work in partnership with the Area Sales Manager to achieve sales goals and business objectives;
  • Provide consistent support to manage customer expectations and foster the customer relationship through the purchase experience and building process;
  • Organize and complete all necessary paperwork and ensure the accuracy and maintenance of customer files;
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism and quality within sales centre and the presentation of signage and marketing materials;
  • Respond quickly to customer concerns and the coordination of information or solutions to apparent challenges;
  • Acquire customer registrations and manage lead records within a database.

Qualities & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant sales experience (preferably in new home sales) with a strong desire for a career in new home sales;
  • Completion of a four year university degree is preferred;
  • Ambitious and driven;
  • A polished professional;
  • An interest to complete work with precision and excellence;
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete them on time and with accuracy;
  • Ownership thinking and a sense of urgency;
  • Keen attention to detail and strong organization skills while working with official documents and correspondence;
  • Strong computer skills and experience working with applications including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and the internet;
  • Passion for learning and a willingness to complete the provided training and utilize available development tools;
  • A strong moral charter and a team oriented perspective;
  • Available to work a demanding schedule, including evenings and weekends.

We are currently hiring talented, professional and motivated Show Home Hosts!

This is an hourly flexible position, working Tuesday through Thursday (1:30 pm to 8:30 pm) and Saturday and Sunday (11:30 pm to 5:30 pm) at our show home. This position is an entry level position which may lead to future opportunities.

Qualifications

Position Overview:

Our Hostesses are our first point of contact for our customers and as such responsible for providing the most enthusiastic welcome and a consistently high level of customer service to all visitors to ours sales centre. The host will perform day- to-day duties in a positive and professional manner at all times and ensure that we attend to and register every client so their experience is both memorable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute an enthusiastic welcome to visitors and acquire customer registrations
  • Assist in the qualification of interested parties and provide answers any to home related questions
  • Maintain the organization and presentation of the sales centre and show home, including cleanliness and supply levels
  • Coordinate customer requests between the Sales Associates and/or Area Sales Managers
  • Complete customer updates and maintaining lead data as required
  • Answering phone calls and taking accurate notes of any inquiries as required
  • Other duties as may be assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma is required and post secondary education is preferred
  • Proven understanding of customer service and ability to solve problems
  • Highly flexible with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically and professionally at all times.
