Hi Nicole, my name is Karen. I purchased a home. This email is to pass on to you how pleased I am with Trico, specifically Daren Barber.
What prompted me to call Trico was water coming in my basement under the baseboard below the window. Daren from the warranty department came out that day to take a look and I have been enormously pleased ever since. He has been unfailingly helpful during a time when I was getting very little to no help at all from my condo association. He has been generous both with his time in solving the problem and with the information he passes on to keep me informed. It is obvious to me he knows his job and he knows it well. I always trust that the information he gives me is honest and accurate.
On a lighter note he is friendly, approachable and very easy to deal with. Essential characteristics to possess when interacting with the public. The assistance I have received from him has been exceptional and I feel quite fortunate that Daren was the person dispatched that day. Many thanks to Daren and Trico! This really negative situation has been made a whole lot less stressful and a lot more hopeful with your involvement and I am hugely grateful.

"My husband and I ventured into the home building industry last year. This was a first for me! Although I have owned homes in the past, this was the first time that I built a home with a new home builder before. I did do our homework, my husband and I researched the home builder industry for 2 years before we decided on Trico. Why you might ask? To get the best deal of course! After comparing home plans and home builder standards, we both agreed that Trico gives you more money for the buck and quality than any other home builder out there. My husband was impressed with the construction standards and I was impressed by the interior design standards. Of course, we had our visit to the design centre where we were invited to pick the standard version of interior choices or the upgraded version. Knowing beforehand that this could be an expensive endeavour was very helpful, so with careful consideration and a detailed spreadsheet that I had created (again, we did our homework), we kept our expenses in the design centre to a minimum and still came out with a fabulous choices that we love. We moved into our new home in December, it's been almost a year in the new place and we still love it as much as we did the first time we moved in. Would there be some changes we would make if we would do it all over again? Sure, like anyone who has lived in a house for awhile there are some changes we would make if we were to build again, but that's from personal choice, not from any flaw in the design from Trico. The bigger question is would we build with Trico again? - I hope so! If they can find the right lot for me, I will certainly build another home with Trico. I love the service all around, from the rep in the model home who helped us tremendously (you know who you are and you are the best!), the rep in the design centre, she was so helpful and fun to be around, to the guys on-site who couldn't have been more helpful, it was the best experience! I'd encourage anyone to build with Trico!!"
