Multi-Family Operations Manager

Overview:

In our Multi-disciplinary team based environment, collaboration will be instrumental in steering the pre and post construction, estimating, and construction of our multi-family homes division. Focus will be placed on efficiency and delivery of a finished product accompanied by a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be leading a team of qualified estimators and construction staff whose primary responsibility will be to deliver complete homes to our customers on time and on budget. The position requires a person with a teamwork attitude, who is able to inspire both teams and individuals in achieving operational excellence. Accountability, a positive attitude and commitment will assist this individual in becoming part of our management team with the opportunity to increase responsibility as the experience level increases.

Multi-Family Operations Manager Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 5 years management experience in multi-family construction and/or estimating management experience
  • A comprehensive understanding of multi-family construction fundamentals and the pre through post construction process
  • Experienced in leading various teams and trades (including administration) with a solution driven attitude
  • Superior scheduling and effective negotiation skills
  • HomeFront and/or Timberline experience an asset
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
