Trico Homes full real estate equity program is designed for our future customers who want to purchase a Trico Home and retain the equity they have when selling their present home. Participants who choose this program do not pay the total cost of all listing and selling commission fees payable on the sale of their current property. Customers simply indicate that they want to participate in the program. An appraisal and suggested listing price is established and the home is listed on the MLS by a Trico Homes approved Real Estate Brokerage. Customer are then given a Trico Homes Equity Saver Certificate which is redeemable upon the purchase of a new Trico Home, the certificate covers the cost of all listing and selling commissions of their current home.
Stipulations to the Trico Homes Equity Saver program are Listing of the home must be done by a Trico Homes Realtor. The Trico Homes Equity Saver program cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or licensed Realtor.

For purchasers who intend for the property to be their primary residence, they may choose the Trico FlexDown payment plan option.
With the Trico FlexDown option, $1,000 gets you started at the time of entering into a purchase agreement and then monthly payments are made to fulfill the balance of the minimum 5% down payment requirement.

Stipulations to the Trico Communities Flex Down Payment Plan; the final payment to fulfill the balance of the 5% required down payment, must be made 45 days prior to the scheduled completion date of the home construction, therefore payment options are based on time allowed until the scheduled completion date and the discretion of the Sales Manager. Applicants must have obtained previously approved credit from an approved financial institute.
