With the Trico FlexDown option, $1,000 gets you started at the time of entering into a purchase agreement and then monthly payments are made to fulfill the balance of the minimum 5% down payment requirement. Ask our sales representative for more details about how this option can work for you. Stipulations to the Trico Communities Flex Down Payment Plan; the final payment to fulfill the balance of the 5% required down payment, must be made 45 days prior to the scheduled completion date of the home construction, therefore payment options are based on time allowed until the scheduled completion date and the discretion of the Sales Manager. Applicants must have obtained previously approved credit from an approved financial institute. Applicable to purchasers applying for 95% financing only. |
